email attachments, which are not secure. Also it will useful to know that all
your documents and files are in one place, and cannot get lost. They can be
accessed over the Internet, from anywhere and at any time.
Your documents are stored in your own private Virtual Office, which can only
be accessed by you and us using your own unique user name and password.
Being able to collaborate online enables us to work more closely with our
clients and saves them considerable time. The new Anytime Virtual Office system
also enables us to offer a number of new services. Immediately available
are the following:-
Data Access - this can be set up for you within your Virtual Office. This
will allow you to access (from anywhere and at any time) permanent information
that we hold for you - such as copies of messages, documents typed in the
Business Centre, etc.
Data Storage and Offsite Backup. This allows you to store your own files and
information securely and can also give you offsite space for backups of your
data.
Finally, if you are interested in setting up your own virtual office system
for your business enabling close collaboration with your own
customers/suppliers, etc., then we can arrange for this to be set up.
