What are the offices like?

Downs Court Business Centre is an office of considerable character in a cobbled courtyard setting.  The offices are located around an attractive atrium foyer area.  All residents have access to shared facilities such as reception & kitchen.

What size are the offices?

We don't quote in Sq feet or Sq metres; our offices are geared to number of occupants.  So if you are a sole trader or need an office for 6 people, you can hire the office that's exactly right for you.  If you need more space at any time, you can hire an additional room, so you only take the space you need now - the key to Business Centre success is flexibility.  

What's included?

All our offices are fully furnished - you just have to add your own finishing touches!  You simply pay one monthly or quarterly licence fee which includes office rent, rates, water rates, lighting, heating, cleaning, furniture, reception service and use of common areas.

 

When can I move in?

There is no lengthy legal procedure; consequently you can move into your new office and start work, just as soon as a suitable office space becomes available.
